1.个人简介

基本信息:

吴双,教授,博士生导师,蔬菜学学科带头人,园艺学院副院长,福建农林大学校学术委员会委员。国家青年千人计划,国家优青,福建省百人计划

09年博士毕业于美国麻省大学,2009-2014年在美国宾夕法尼亚大学进行博士后研究,2015年至今担任园艺学院和海峡联合研究院园艺中心教授。先后主持国家面上项目,国家十三五重点研发子项目,福建省重大专项专题等。在植物发育调控领域有十多年系统的研究,在领域内国际顶尖刊物发表SCI文章20余篇,通讯和第一作者文章平均影响因子超过8。两次应邀在植物学顶尖综述杂志撰写文章总结领域内进展,并为Springer出版的经典方法书Methods in Molecular Biology撰写章节,目前为PNAS, Plant Cell, New PhytologistPlant Physiology12个杂志担任审稿。同时,申请人也应邀为杜邦研究所(DuPont Experimental Station)、全美植物生物学家年会(ASPB 2014)、全美植物生物学家中亚特兰大区年会(Mid-Atlantic Section ASPB2013)、国际植物激素大会(2016海南)、冷泉港亚洲会议(2017苏州)、中国植物生物学大会(2015长春)和中国电子显微镜和共聚焦显微镜年会(2015成都)等做专题报告。2016年获得福建省青年科技奖、福建青年五四奖章等,并担任福建省青年科学家协会常务理事,福建省留学生会理事等。

  

主要研究方向:

1)番茄,青梗菜等蔬菜生长调控和品质概念的分子基础

2)设施蔬菜作物代谢组学研究和基因工程改良

3)植物根系营养吸收调控的细胞分子机制

4)植物干细胞分裂和分化的分子学基础

5)细胞间信号通讯调控植物发育的系统生物学研究
